- Delivery protection: if your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, or your parcel is lost, returned to us or damaged in transit, you can choose a full refund or a replacement.
Returns
- 30-day returns. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email return@beiyingma.com. Once it's accepted we'll send you a return label and instructions.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Received something damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Contact us right away and we'll make it right.
